@DarunArcheos If you want to go to a city with very open minded and friendly people go to cities like Kraków(Krakov) or Warszawa(Warsaw)). The first one is the cultural, academical, and party capital of Poland. The second one is the actual capital with all its great history, but also with all the stuff that every European capital has like creazy infrastructure, traffic and high prices.Greetings from Poland.

I am really hoping to get an Erasmus scholarship to Poland. I am looking forward for the May selection process. I am very excited about it but also very scared. If I succeed, I will be going alone. I am nervous about how people will be, if friendly, if I will manage to make friends and so on and so forth. Overall, no matter how scared I am, I will definetely give it a try no matter what. I hope it will be worth it.

I'm so looking forward to my Erasmus year hopefully in France and Germany. It's weird though as we have some Spanish and Swedish people here on Erasmus, so for them Birmingham is something new and exciting....strange thought.
